The countdown for the beginning of the 2025-26 NBA season is formally underway. The primary bits of the 2025-26 NBA season are starting to leak and the Golden State Warriors are set to be featured early. The opening night time festivities will happen on the brand new version of NBA on NBC on Oct. 21. Kevin Durant and the Houston Rockets will meet the reigning champion Oklahoma Metropolis Thunder on ring night time to begin the season, per Charania. The Warriors and Lakers will finish the opening night time doubleheader.
