Former Police Chief Imprisoned for Homicide and Rape Escapes From Arkansas Jail


A manhunt entered its second evening in northern Arkansas after a former police chief convicted of first-degree homicide and rape slipped out of a high-security jail, wearing a pretend regulation enforcement uniform.
